My client, a dynamic and collaborative firm, is seeking an
Office Coordinator
to be the face and heartbeat of their office. This person will help ensure everything runs smoothly, from greeting guests to managing supplies and supporting internal teams. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creating order, efficiency, and a warm, welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities
Manage the company’s public spaces, including the reception area, ensuring they’re always tidy, organized, and presentable. Greet and direct visitors such as clients, vendors, and job candidates. Handle incoming calls and other communications. Maintain office and pantry supplies, track inventory, and coordinate purchasing and vendor relationships. Oversee kitchen upkeep throughout the day and ensure the overnight cleaning crew meets expectations. Identify and coordinate office repairs or maintenance as needed. Provide administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects for Partners, EAs, and HR. Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail for timely delivery. Run occasional errands such as trips to the post office or bank. Help plan and coordinate office events, parties, and presentations. Manage weekly team lunches and occasional in-house lunch meetings.
