Key Responsibilities: Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and warmth Provide primary phone coverage for the main office line Manage daily lunch service and coordinate catering needs Order and restock groceries, kitchen supplies, and office inventory Maintain an organized and well-functioning kitchen and copy rooms Oversee office equipment and coordinate maintenance requests Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries Manage relationships with vendors, including weekly plant service Support the Office Manager with facilities-related needs and office upkeep Assist with planning and execution of internal events, including office happy hours, offsites, and holiday gatherings Coordinate monthly birthday announcements and team communications Print and bind marketing and presentation materials Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year in a service-oriented or administrative role, ideally within a corporate environment such as investment banking or venture capital Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills Strong ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and remain composed under pressure Professional demeanor and strong sense of discretion The Ideal Candidate: You are approachable, reliable, and detail-oriented, and professional with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
