Global Head – Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
Role: Global Head – Strategic Partnerships & Alliances Location: New Jersey Experience: 18 - 22 years Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to spearhead our global strategic partnerships and alliance strategy. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, execution rigor, and alliance/channel development experience across SaaS, Cloud, and Consulting ecosystems. This role demands the ability to engage with CxO-level stakeholders, GSIs, hyperscalers, and ISVs to drive growth, co-innovation, and revenue impact. Key Responsibilities
Define and execute global go-to-market strategies through partnerships with GSIs, hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), and strategic consulting firms. Build, scale, and manage co-sell programs and joint GTM initiatives that generate measurable business outcomes and revenue growth. Own the end-to-end alliance lifecycle including partner selection, onboarding, enablement, joint solutioning, field alignment, and pipeline development. Drive partner-influenced revenue and pipeline growth through co-marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and partner integration initiatives. Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify new solution areas and build joint offerings. Present strategy updates and performance metrics to executive leadership and contribute to the long-term alliance roadmap. Required Skills & Experience
15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, GTM leadership, or related roles within SaaS, Cloud, or Tech Consulting. Proven track record of delivering $20M+ in partner-influenced revenue, and leading global partnerships across regions (NA, EMEA, APAC). Deep understanding of alliance models with top-tier partners like Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, Oracle, Salesforce, AWS, etc. Strong executive presence, with ability to influence and align internal and external stakeholders. Experience managing global partner teams and working in matrixed, cross-functional environments. Strategic thinker with strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills. Prior experience in productized service environments or IT services businesses. Familiarity with partner performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools. Exposure to AI/ML, digital engineering, or industry-specific platforms (AgriTech, FinTech, etc.) will be an added advantage. Details
