Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing a welcoming experience and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.

Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Provide general information to visitors and callers.

Support other departments with clerical duties as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or administrative training is a plus.

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front office role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Work Environment

This role is fully in-office, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The work environment is professional, requiring a neat and presentable appearance.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Somerset, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
