Radiographic Aide I - Radiation Oncology (Monday - Friday, Per Diem, Days)

Step into the role of Radiographic Aide I and make a meaningful impact in our Radiation Oncology department. In this position, you'll support technologists and radiology nursing staff by coordinating patient flow, preparing exam rooms, managing supplies and linen, screening patients for exams and procedures, assisting with patient transport, and maintaining smooth exam room turnover. If you're detail-oriented, highly organized, and excel in a dynamic healthcare setting, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
Assist in verifying and accompanying patients from the waiting room to exam areas.
Prepare patients for procedures including but not limited to contrast and metal screening, gowning and positioning.
Assist in procedure room preparation including stacking of linen, stocking of supplies, cleaning and disinfection of equipment, and requesting EVS and linen services as needed.
Coordinate patient transport and transport patients as needed.
Qualifications
High School or equivalent
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Prior Customer Service Volunteer work is preferred
