University of Nevada, Reno Executive Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations Bryant Group continues our partnership with the University of Nevada, Reno to recruit the Executive Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations. The University of Nevada is seeking a dynamic fundraising leader to serve as Executive Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations. This senior leadership opportunity offers the chance to build and shape an emerging corporate and foundation giving program at a thriving research university. In this role, you7;ll lead strategic efforts to secure major gifts and grants from corporations and foundations, managing a high-level portfolio of prospects with giving capacity of $250,000 or more. You7;ll develop relationships with CEOs and corporate executives, create innovative fundraising strategies and mentor deans and development officers across the university's 13 colleges. The position combines hands-on major gift fundraising (40%), programmatic leadership and team development (40%), and strategic campaign planning (20%). Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Development, the Executive Director will be responsible for developing annual strategic plans, establishing fundraising metrics, creating compelling proposals and building lasting philanthropic partnerships that advance the university's mission. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and bring a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive fundraising experience with demonstrated success in corporate and foundation relations. A deep knowledge of corporate and foundation philanthropy, preferably from a research-focused institution, along with an entrepreneurial mindset, is needed.
