Key Responsibilities
Analyze and process complex deposit account opening and maintenance requests across multiple footprint states and international markets.
Review and validate account documentation to ensure compliance with legal, procedural, and regulatory requirements.
Manage commercial, consumer, and specialty deposit accounts while ensuring operational accuracy.
Perform detailed analysis of documentation for trusts, escrows, property management accounts, and other sophisticated relationships.
Ensure full compliance with AML, KYC, and internal risk policies.
Identify and escalate potential fraud, account discrepancies, or high-risk activity.
Utilize core banking platforms such as TRiO, HOGAN, and ECIS to manage servicing requests.
Handle high-volume fulfillment, averaging 25 accounts per specialist per month, while maintaining department service levels.
Support the successful onboarding and maintenance of high-value commercial relationships.
Perform other duties as assigned to meet team objectives.
Qualifications Required:
3+ years of banking or financial services experience, preferably in deposit account opening or treasury support.
Strong understanding of legal, regulatory, and procedural documentation for complex accounts.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and online research tools.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.
High School Diploma or GED required.

Bachelor’s degree or 100+ college credits in business, finance, or a related field.
Experience supporting high-value commercial accounts and multi-entity relationships.
