Lead - Global Talent Acquisition | Networking, Recruiting, Team Leadership Role Purpose The Global Chief People Officer will lead all aspects of people & culture globally, ensuring TAC Security attracts, develops, and retains top talent, while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture that aligns with the company’s strategic goals and values. The role will set the people strategy, oversee global HR operations, drive leadership development & succession planning, and act as a key partner to the executive team in scaling the organisation effectively. Responsibilities

Strategic People & Culture Leadership Develop and implement a global people strategy supporting company growth, global expansion, and strategic business objectives. Partner with the CEO & executive leadership to align people initiatives with corporate strategy, ensuring culture supports fast scaling and innovation. Shape and promote a values-driven, inclusive, performance-oriented work culture across geographies. Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Oversee global talent acquisition functions to attract high-caliber talent in all key regions Strengthen the employer brand globally to compete for talent, especially in cybersecurity and tech. Use data and analytics to anticipate talent needs and build pipelines for critical roles. Organizational Design & Workforce Planning Structurally design the organization to scale (roles, functions, reporting lines). Lead global workforce planning, forecasting hires, and optimizing cost vs productivity. Support integrations (e.g., post‑mergers, acquisitions) and expansion into new markets. Create programs for leadership development, performance management, high-potential identification, and succession planning. Develop pathways for professional development, mentorship, upskilling, and continuous learning. Compensation, Benefits & Performance Management Establish competitive compensation and benefits programs in line with local market standards. Oversee global performance management systems to ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with business goals. Ensure reward & recognition practices support retention and motivation. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Drive a global DE&I strategy; ensure inclusive practices in hiring, development, retention. Monitor metrics and report on diversity goals; build inclusive leadership. Employee Experience & Engagement Oversee global HR operations: policies, HR tech/platforms, compliance, employee relations. Monitor and improve employee engagement, culture, retention, and workplace satisfaction. Manage change & ensure smooth transitions in periods of growth and transformation. HR Operations, Governance & Compliance Ensure all employment practices across jurisdictions comply with local laws and regulations. Lead HR operations; maintain HRIS, analytics, reporting; ensure data privacy and security of employee data. Develop policies, procedures, and infrastructure to support consistency and scalability. Qualifications & Experience

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field. Master’s / MBA preferred. Experience : 10‑15+ years in senior HR leadership roles (ideally in tech / cybersecurity / high growth environments), with experience scaling teams globally. Proven track record

in: Building and executing global people strategies Leading cross‑functional HR teams across geographies
