Location: Local candidates only — Broward County or Palm Beach County residents.

Compensation: $30-35/hr

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter with 5+ years of corporate and/or agency recruiting experience to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and negotiating offers. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Maintain strong candidate and stakeholder relationships throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize ATS and recruitment analytics to track metrics and improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience; blend of corporate and staffing agency experience is ideal
• Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with an ATS and recruitment analytics
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively
