What You’ll Do

• Deliver accurate financial reporting and forecasting to guide strategic decisions
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to ICD leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve challenges with a customer-first mindset
• Lead initiatives to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
• Translate complex financial data into clear, compelling presentations for business partners

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering tailored solutions
• Experience gathering and analyzing data from diverse sources to drive decisions

What Sets You Apart

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools, especially Power BI
• Demonstrated ability to drive efficiencies in recurring processes
• Team-oriented with strong initiative and interpersonal skills

Compensation

Summary Pay Range: $110,520.00 - $165,840.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple factors. Salary is one component of total compensation.
