Overview
The eCommerce Services (eCS) organization is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Director for Worldwide Consumer Identity team in Seattle, Washington. The role involves handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealings with senior executives, supporting a fast-paced and growing environment.
Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
Manage domestic and international travel
Coordinate expense reports and submissions
Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
Ensure timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on outstanding matters; serve as a liaison for direct reports
Work closely with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to support the organization
Help develop and maintain new mechanisms within the team

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with Microsoft Office products
Experience with executive-level calendar management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading process improvements
Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments
High integrity and discretion
Impeccable attention to detail
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year to $142,800/year, depending on location and experience.
