Specific Responsibilities Centric Brands is seeking a Senior Director of Sales for their Dockers brand to manage the Amazon account. This role drives strategic initiatives to maximize revenue and margins while promoting brand values. It requires building and maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring alignment with our brand identity.
Strategy & Innovation
Strategically cultivate new accounts and expand business with existing accounts; identify opportunities to penetrate new markets; manage relationships with customers
Guide research and competitive analysis; interpret trends and communicate with internal partners
Oversee development of line plans within context of larger assortment and cost structure; review and approve seasonal proposals for each customer with suggested assortments
Articulate brand positioning and strategic initiatives; determine optimal in-store placement and, where applicable, in-store fixtures
Operations & Results
Lead regular reviews of shipments, orders, sales, stock levels, merchandising and markdowns with Account Executives
Recommend strategies to maximize sales and minimize markdowns
Travel frequently to customer locations to meet with leadership and ensure in-store execution; attend trade shows as necessary
Manage planning and replenishment processes
Customers & Relationships
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers at DMM level and below
Facilitate communications between customers and internal partners in Sales, Design, Production and retail coordination
Partner with planning and customers on co-op, allowances and givebacks
Leadership & Teams
Contribute to team dynamics and manage upwards as needed
Train and coach junior team members in selling, negotiating and presentation skills
Monitor and evaluate performance of individuals and the team
Attract, develop and retain talent
Best Fit Candidate Superior organizational and communication skills; team-oriented and outgoing
Experience working with Amazon
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines; detail-oriented
Strong analytical skills and retail math
Bachelor's Degree preferred
8-10+ years in wholesale apparel sales
Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP familiarity is a plus

Salary Range : $159,200 - $199,000
Note: Centric Brands provides a base salary range as a good faith estimate and may tailor offers based on factors including education, experience, location, and skills. Base salary is part of a total compensation package that may include commission, annual bonus and other benefits.
