Responsibilities We are presently seeking an experienced dealership Accounting Clerk to work in our high-volume and fast-paced accounting department. Potential positions include Billing, Cancellations, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Titling, Cash Clearing, Filing, Banking, Rebates, F&I Policies, etc. Essential Functions : Support a variety of accounting duties in a dealership environment (billing, accounts payable/receivable, titling, banking, filing, cash clearing, rebates, F&I policies, etc.). Collaborate with team to ensure accurate and timely financial processing. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls. Position Requirements 2 years of experience in similar position. High-school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office and Excel). Basic knowledge of general accounting procedures. Proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds software. Must have a valid driver's license.
