Technatomy is currently seeking qualified professionals to support the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support - Wholesale (DMLSS) program under the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The Business Systems Analyst - Lead serves as a top-level technical contributor with deep expertise in Information Technology (IT) processes spanning applications and infrastructure from conception through retirement. This role provides analytical and technical leadership in documenting current operations, evaluating them against best practices, and developing actionable plans to drive continuous improvement. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Serve as the senior technical and analytical authority on IT processes related to applications and infrastructure. • Document existing business operations and practices to establish a baseline for analysis. • Evaluate current processes against documented best practices and industry standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical and business guidance regarding the application of various systems. • Support process improvement initiatives and ensure technical recommendations align with business needs and mission priorities. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: • Seven (7) years of relevant experience in business systems analysis, information technology, or a related technical discipline. • Demonstrated expertise across Information Technology cradle-to-grave processes, encompassing both applications and infrastructure. • Strong analytical and documentation skills for assessing, improving, and optimizing IT processes. • Ability to develop and execute structured improvement plans based on best practice evaluations. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED: • Experience leading process improvement initiatives within enterprise IT environments. • Familiarity with federal or DoD systems environments and documentation standards. • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business insights. EDUCATION: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). CLEARANCE: • Must possess an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3).
