Technatomy is currently seeking qualified professionals to support the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support - Wholesale (DMLSS) program under the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The Business Systems Analyst serves as an expert in defined business processes and provides analytical and technical support to align business needs with system functionality. This role formulates systems scope and objectives that support the organization's business plan and meet industry and federal requirements. The analyst collaborates with project teams to ensure that technical solutions meet mission goals and that the business implications of system changes are fully understood. Serve as an expert in designated business processes and workflows. • Formulate system scope and objectives in alignment with the organization's business plan and industry requirements. • Collaborate with project teams to provide technical guidance on the business implications of systems changes or new implementations. • Support business process modeling, documentation, and data analysis to enhance operational efficiency. • Coordinate with system engineers and project managers to ensure compliance with DoD lifecycle management standards and reporting requirements. • Contribute to project planning, testing, and validation activities to ensure that system functionality meets business needs. Knowledge of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes. • Experience using DPATS system engineering tool, and Defense Acquisition Management Information Retrieval (DAMIR) for DAES and OSD report formats. • Proficiency with SAP products for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, Access, Project, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with DoD reporting structures and enterprise program management systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for translating business requirements into technical specifications. • EDUCATION: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). CLEARANCE: • Must possess an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3).
