Supply Chain Operations Management (SCOM)

organization within CSCP is responsible for managing manufacturing operations and fulfillment with external supply chain partners. Well-executed sourcing and supply chain strategies ensure predictable on-time performance, optimize costs, prevent urgent unplanned investments, and provide accurate, timely information across the supply base and internal infrastructure organization. We focus on

passionate, high-energy supply chain professional

to help build sustainable advantages through supply chain management. Key Responsibilities Serve as a

key link

between the

Capacity Planning Team

and

Build Order & Fulfillment Team , ensuring stability in supply-demand shaping. Utilize

data and analytics

to match supply with capacity planning and customer demand requirements. Establish and define

key metrics and performance indicators

to drive process improvements. Focus on

demand-supply shaping activities

to support the execution and delivery of finished goods to global data centers. Maintain

company inventory , minimizing overstock and out-of-stock occurrences while analyzing supply and demand trends. Monitor inventory supply and design

tools for inventory management . Develop and drive both

internal and external key performance indicators and metrics . Collaborate

cross-functionally

with key stakeholders to optimize supply chain processes. Achieve

delivery performance targets , continuously evaluating and supporting improvements to enhance supply chain performance. Manage and communicate

trade-offs

between supplier and business needs. Lead

continuous improvement initiatives

and process enhancements alongside day-to-day operations. Candidate Profile & Qualifications Experience & Skills Required 4-7 years

of supplier management experience in

electronics, high-volume supply chain, or applicable manufacturing/hardware production environments . 4+ years

of program management and

data analytics expertise . Bachelor's degree in

Operations, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience

in related fields. Preferred Qualifications Experience in

IT, high-tech electronics, or manufacturing/service supply chain . Strong

problem-solving and communication skills , with the ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate across teams. Project management experience

involving multiple global system integrators and internal partners. Data analysis proficiency

to identify supply chain performance improvements. Expertise in

customer relationship building

and

cross-functional collaboration . Strong

root-cause analysis

and ability to

drive corrective actions and efficiencies . Ability to

navigate ambiguity , handle conflicting priorities, and adapt to change. MS/MBA preferred . Seniority level
