Job Details: Hourly rate: $16.75 - $17.00, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All bonuses and pay programs are subject to qualifications. Responsibilities: Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Ensure maximum sales/profitability by maintaining guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory. Qualifications: Minimum age: 18 Flexible schedule Prior retail management experience required Physical Demands:
8+ hours standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Additional Information:
