Boutique, high-end cosmetic laboratory blending traditional artistry with advanced digital workflows. The team values craftsmanship, collaboration, and continuous learning-prioritizing quality over speed or volume. Leadership is hands-on and mentorship-oriented, with close collaboration alongside dentists to achieve functionally sound, beautifully aesthetic results.
What You'll Do
Lead the aesthetic portion of high-end cosmetic cases with
hand-layered feldspathic veneers
as a core focus. Own case planning in partnership with clinicians, including occlusion, function, and esthetic design. Execute end-to-end workflows that integrate
digital and analog
techniques (scans/design/milling/3D printing with meticulous hand finishing). Participate in case reviews, shade/photo analysis, try-ins, and iterative refinement with doctors. Contribute to lab standards, best practices, and continuous improvement of materials and techniques. Support education internally (peer workshops) and externally (select lectures/demos) as appropriate. You'll Thrive Here If You Have
Demonstrated mastery in
hand-layered feldspathic porcelain , esthetics, and surface texture characterization. Strong command of
occlusion, function, and treatment planning
for advanced cosmetic cases. Solid
digital workflow
fluency (e.g., design coordination, CAM readiness; Exocad/3Shape familiarity a plus). A portfolio that showcases high-end cosmetic outcomes;
skill and merit outweigh formal certifications
(CDT/MDT not required). A collaborative mindset, clear communication, and pride in artisanal quality. Tools & Technology
