Assistant Project Manager
Location:
Crofton, MD (70% onsite at HQ; 30% Travel around DMV region)

You'll help transform drawings into durable, polished spaces while learning from seasoned builders in a supportive, craft-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate schedules, submittals, RFIs, and procurement to keep scope, budget, and timeline aligned. Prepare POs and subcontracts; track change events and support cost updates. Drive document control across drawings, safety logs, and QA/QC checklists. Support field coordination with supers and subcontractors; help resolve site issues quickly. Assist with punch, closeout packages, and warranty handoffs. Qualifications
Experience in a construction PM/PE/APM role supporting commercial projects. Strong knowledge of reading, producing, and coordinating shop drawings Working knowledge of contracts, schedules, budgets, and jobsite safety. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar. Strong communication, organized workflows, and a solutions-first mindset.
