As a Front Desk Attendant at the WELL Spa + Salon at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you'll greet and check guests in and out, book appointments, sign up and renew memberships.

Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. This award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets. What will you be doing?

• Check guests in and out for spa appointments

• Provide accurate and appropriate information to guests and customers

• Input and retrieve information routinely from computer system

• Respond to guest requests and handle guest issues or report complaints to management

• Promptly answer telephone in a professional and clear manner

• Input all information into computers to communicate guest requests and complaints

• Answer guest questions regarding area or resort, outlet information, and services

• Perform additional duties as assigned

What do you bring to the role?

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior spa experience preferred

• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills

• Must have the ability to work with a team in a fast paced environment while multitasking

• Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

• Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
