The Planner/Scheduler is responsible for coordinating surface maintenance activities by managing work notifications, requests, and materials to ensure jobs are ready for execution. This role involves creating and maintaining schedules based on craft availability and job requirements, with a strong emphasis on planning efficiency and operational readiness. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP and be prepared to transition to Forhana as part of upcoming system upgrades. While direct Forhana experience is not required, familiarity with planning and scheduling workflows in SAP is essential. Candidates may be referred by current team members and should demonstrate strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to maintenance planning.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience with SAP for planning and scheduling workflows Familiarity with Forhana or readiness to transition to it as part of system upgrades Strong background in surface maintenance planning, including managing work notifications, requests, and materials Ability to coordinate job readiness and create schedules based on craft availability and job scope Organizational and communication skills to collaborate with team members and manage referrals Understanding of upstream oil and gas operations, particularly in measurement and maintenance contexts Proactive approach to planning and resolving scheduling conflicts or material issues

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree Experience with Forhana version of SAP
