Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic IT services for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring a Cybersecurity Project Manager for an opportunity located in Camp Springs, MD .
Job Description and Responsibilities
ESM seeks a full-time Cybersecurity Project Manager demonstrating the following capabilities and meeting the Minimum Qualifications, Clearance, and Certification requirements. Responsibilities include:
Manage and coordinate all work, activities, issues, and contractual obligations related to a Cybersecurity Resilience program/contract, interfacing with government Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and Task Managers.
Ensure effective management of funds and personnel, and be accountable for the quality and timeliness of all contractual deliverables.
Ensure contractor compliance with all applicable government contracting clauses, coordinate onboarding/offboarding of contractors, reporting, training, and timely submission of deliverables.
Develop schedules to meet government needs, ensuring timely and accurate completion of deliverables, training, reporting, and tasks.
Coordinate invoicing and reporting with the COR, lead contract kick-off meetings, discuss expectations, and plan transition requirements.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA)
Provide cybersecurity technical leadership across program tasks, including Cyber-Integrated Planning, Cyber Intake, and Cyber Integration activities. This includes facilitating cybersecurity exercises, guiding on evolving threats, and supporting technology transitions.
Collaborate with government staff on Mission Assurance, cybersecurity planning, and Cyber Terrain analysis, supporting exercises.
Lead development and refinement of cybersecurity processes and artifacts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry standards.
Remain adaptable, providing additional technical support as needed to address emerging challenges.

Research and develop creative solutions to unique problems with minimal supervision.
Minimum Training, Education, and Certifications
At least 5 years of IT Project Management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (additional 4 years).
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) plus 5 years relevant experience and leadership experience.
DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level III (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC).
Minimum Clearance
Active DOD Top Secret Clearance required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, walk for extended periods.
Ability to use a computer.
Additional Requirements
U.S. citizen.
