Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who is not only a master of their craft but also passionate about leading and mentoring a high-performing team of engineers with a growth mindset. This role is part of an exciting project for a major credit card company, so experience with payment systems or financial technology is a huge plus. Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead by example in designing, building, and delivering scalable solutions using Java and React.js. Mentor and support a team of talented engineers, driving technical excellence and innovation. Collaborate cross-functionally to bring cutting-edge financial products to life. Champion code quality, best practices, and continuous improvement. Requirements:
A hands-on Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Java (back-end) and React.js (front-end). Experienced in leading teams or serving as a technical lead.
