Title-Oracle Financials Solution Architect Location--Full Remote

Oracle Cloud Financials - all core modules Looking for A player with exceptional communication skills to be "the face of the company " to clients. MUST BE IN CENTRAL OR EAST COASTS

MUST have a consulting background. The client is looking for candidates with longevity with other consulting firms - NOT internal at companies or long-term independent contractors. MUST have exceptional communication skills. This person will be the "face of the company " to the client and will still be hands-on in a functional role. MUST have experience implementing Cloud and EBS core Financial Modules - AR, AP, GL, Cash Management, Fixed Assets and ideally some experience with Ebtax and Expenses. There is a bonus on top of the base salary. The preferred base target is $200k + bonus but will go higher for the right experience. As a result, they are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join their growing team. About the role: Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle Finance Functional SME to play a key role in the organization. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of Oracle Finance, including implementation, configuration, customization, and ongoing support. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining documentation, training materials, and best practices for the Oracle Finance system. Responsibilities: Identifying, writing and managing business requirements. Contributing to the functional and technical design, prototyping, and process design stages of implementations (including scenario design, flow mapping). Supporting configurations, customization, reports and interfaces, testing and user training. Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials for Oracle Finance. Provide ongoing support to users of the Oracle Finance system. Identify and implement best practices for Oracle Finance. Stay up-to-date on the latest Oracle Finance releases and updates. Partner with other departments to ensure the smooth integration of Oracle Finance with other enterprise systems. Participate in the development and implementation of new financial processes and procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Oracle Finance. Develop and deliver training sessions on Oracle Finance to users. Prepare and present reports and analysis on the performance of the Oracle Finance system. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle Finance SME. Proven experience with multiple Oracle ERP implementations, including Oracle Cloud Applications. Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work. Experience with leading and mentoring team members. Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field. Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification in Oracle Financials is a plus.
