As the Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming experience for our customers, ensuring a positive first impression as they visit our dealership. Your role will include managing the front desk, handling calls, directing inquiries, and assisting our team with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm, friendly demeanor as they enter the dealership
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Assist with customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
- Provide general administrative support, including managing appointments and maintaining a clean, organized front desk
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly demeanor with a positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus
- Basic knowledge of office software and phone systems
- This could be a FT or PT job opportunity - hours range between 8AM and 8PM Monday through Friday

Salary: $15 - $18 an hour
