Job Summary
Key strategic position connecting Winemaking and Operations teams to plan, prioritize, and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly cellar workflow, ensuring Winemaking protocols and production needs are achieved. Coordinate internal and external logistics for a fast-paced Winemaking production serving multi-site export customer demands and domestic bottling needs. Must thrive in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to change.
Responsibilities
- Work in conjunction with Winemaking/Operations, coordinating all Cellar Operations priorities and workflow, ensuring Winemaking standards and production deadlines are met.
- Generate, prioritize, and validate all Work Orders in collaboration with Winemaking. Work with the compliance team to close process work orders if needed.
- Develop, communicate, and distribute processing plans to Cellar Operations.
- Coordinate all bulk wine shipments for export and domestic bottling blends, as well as inter-winery shipments for multi-site.
- Coordinate with outside export freight forwarders and trucking companies to schedule weekly shipments, loads, and loading times.
- Collaborate with Export Customer Service and Export Winemaking teams to meet customer loading dates and vessel requirements.
- Review harvest-related templates and partner with Winemaking to generate harvest-related Work Orders.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older at time of hire.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Ag Business, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or 3-5 years related field or equivalent experience.
- Ability to be a team player in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interact and effectively communicate with all personnel and peers in a team environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of process flows.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, articulate, empowered, and detail-oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt/respond in an environment of constant change.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated history of reliable attendance.
- Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- High energy and sense of urgency.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in numerical and written work.
- Knowledge of or ability to be trained in TWG software programs. J.D. Edwards/ERP experience preferred.

Physical Demands
- Ability to work at heights up to 45 feet.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Indoor and outdoor work environment with related equipment and noise levels.
- Ability to bend, stoop, stand, and twist in the production environment.
Compensation
- Hourly Pay Range Posted: $22.07 - $33.13/hr.
- Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities; education; and other position-related factors.
