LHH is partnering with a leading urgent care organization to hire a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Recruiting. This executive will lead strategic talent acquisition efforts across multiple locations, with a strong focus on hiring physicians, midlevel providers (NPs/PAs), and urgent care staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale recruitment operations for clinical and non-clinical roles across multiple urgent care locations.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for physicians, midlevel providers, and urgent care professionals.
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring standards and credentialing requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelors degree.
• Proven experience recruiting in the urgent care or healthcare sector, with a strong track record of hiring physicians and midlevel providers.
• Deep understanding of healthcare talent markets, credentialing, and compliance.
