LHH is partnering with a leading urgent care organization  to hire a dynamic and experienced  Vice President of Recruiting . This executive will lead strategic talent acquisition efforts across multiple locations, with a strong focus on hiring  physicians ,  midlevel providers (NPs/PAs) , and  urgent care staff .
Key Responsibilities   Lead and scale recruitment operations for clinical and non-clinical roles across multiple urgent care locations.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for physicians, midlevel providers, and urgent care professionals.
Collaborate with HR and department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring standards and credentialing requirements.
Qualifications   Must have Bachelors degree.
Proven experience recruiting in the  urgent care or healthcare sector , with a strong track record of hiring  physicians and midlevel providers .
Deep understanding of healthcare talent markets, credentialing, and compliance.
