We’re seeking an HR Generalist who is eager to grow, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to the team. Key Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to recruit and retain top non-exempt talent for manufacturing and distribution facilities.
• Administer and process payroll for the first 1–2 years while helping streamline HR systems and routines.
• Maintain strong cyclical HR routines such as benefits administration, open enrollment, performance reviews, and reporting.
• Contribute to a culture of engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience supporting non-exempt workforces and hands-on recruiting.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow within the HR function.
• Payroll processing experience and familiarity with HRIS systems preferred.
