With the growth of our iOS app, being the #18 productivity app in the App Store category and our recognition as Apple's 2025 Design Award for inclusivity, we seek a Senior iOS Engineer to support the new user base and work on new projects to push our product forward. We are a flat organization that allows anyone to become a leader by showing excellent technical skills and delivering results consistently and fast. Work ethic, solid communication skills, and obsession with winning are paramount. Today, Speechify operates with nearly 200 people in a 100% distributed setting, spanning frontend and backend engineering, AI research, and professionals from top tech companies and academia. What You’ll Do
Opportunity to lead key engineering and product decisions Actively shipping production code for the Speechify iOS app Work within a dedicated product team Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture An Ideal Candidate Should Have
Experience on products that scaled to a large user base Track record of taking products from inception to traction and owning the engineering of the product Customer obsession with delivering the best possible experience Product thinking to evolve the product and support internal teams and designers Speed and prioritization to ship where possible Focus to navigate a high-growth, remote team Technical skills in

Swift Programming Language SwiftUI experience Experience in multithreading programming Working with CI/CD infrastructure Experience with Fastlane SOLID principles and the ability to write clean, well-structured classes Experience with Git and different Git strategies What We Offer
