Job Description Olsson provides multidisciplinary design services for leading clients, including hyperscale data center campuses across the U.S. Our clients value the work we do to contribute to society’s technological and connected community through the design of critical infrastructure. As a Licensed Civil Engineer on the Data Center Civil team, you will contribute to our largest and most complex projects, receive objectives and guidance on assignment features, and perform work involving standard plans. This role supports generating ideas and creating designs that deliver high-quality, purposeful engineering solutions. Note:
Olsson currently has several opportunities for Licensed Civil Engineers to support the Data Center Civil team. This role offers flexible work options, including remote and hybrid arrangements, to accommodate diverse working preferences and promote work-life balance. Candidates can work hybrid schedules, remotely, or from any Olsson office location. Responsibilities
Develop strong understanding of the firm’s structure and service areas to align team strengths with project needs Collaborate with internal leaders to support marketing activities that advance firm objectives Contribute to marketing strategies that differentiate Olsson in the industry Partner with creative, client experience, and business development teams to support winning work strategies Coordinate and produce proposals and marketing materials for key pursuits Identify opportunities to improve workflow and leverage technology for efficiency Share marketing and firmwide initiatives with the team to ensure clarity and alignment Support team members in pursuit and conference management processes through mentorship and collaboration Learn and apply Olsson’s marketing tools and platforms, including Vantagepoint Hubs, InDesign, Microsoft Teams, Joist AI, Adobe Acrobat, and Bluebeam Review Use data to evaluate and improve marketing performance Participate in local community and industry events and conferences Qualifications
You are passionate about: Working collaboratively with others Having ownership in the work you do Using your talents to positively affect communities You bring to the team: Must be a registered professional engineer (PE) A minimum of 4 years of related civil engineering experience Proficient in Civil 3D software Ability to contribute and work well on a team Notes:

Salary range: $88,000 - $129,000 USD. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, location, skills, education, and internal equity. Olsson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
