We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Service Cloud and enterprise system integrations.

This role involves designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading architecture discussions, and delivering seamless integrations with external platforms.

The ideal candidate will combine technical excellence with strategic vision and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture for Service Cloud and related modules.

Lead the design and implementation of integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica).

Provide technical leadership in Salesforce best practices, data modeling, security, and performance optimization.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to align architecture with business goals.

Ensure adherence to Salesforce architecture principles, integration standards, and coding best practices.

Conduct design and code reviews to ensure high-quality technical deliverables.

Define governance frameworks for Salesforce releases and integrations.

Support pre-sales and solutioning activities including proposals, demos, and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in Salesforce architecture.

Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Case Management, and CTI integrations.

Strong experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, Jitterbit).

Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and security model.

Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools (Copado, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and integration patterns.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward CTA.

Certifications such as Salesforce Integration Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect.

Experience in multi-cloud implementations (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud).

Knowledge of event-driven architecture and asynchronous integrations (Platform Events, Kafka).

Exposure to industry-specific Salesforce solutions (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud).
