Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst, Billing

Our Sales Strategy and Operations Team ensures strategic oversight and seamless operational management of sales, pre-sales and post-sales across Stripe’s Go-To-Market organization. The role focuses on building business foundations, automating dashboards and reports, and designing scalable systems, tools and processes that drive efficiency. What you’ll do

Triage, prioritize and answer system, processes and data queries from the Product Sales team and cross-functional teams Assist with the Rhythm of Business process for weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews Build reports and dashboards using SQL, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Tableau, Salesforce and other internal systems for key reporting needs Ensure data quality and accuracy of downstream reporting Design and operationalize system, tools and process improvements Collaborate cross-functionally to investigate and analyze system and operational issues Document business requirements and user stories Create user-friendly documentation and enablement materials Who you are

Minimum Requirements

5+ years of work experience in sales/business operations, data science, investment banking, management consulting, or business analytics Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving business problems Experience with large data sets and building scalable reports and dashboards or ad-hoc analysis Advanced SQL and Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills Knowledge of sales data such as customer accounts, opportunities and revenue Experience in Salesforce.com as a user and report developer Clear, proactive, concise communication Roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with bias to action and problem-solving persistence Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications

Experience gathering business requirements and documenting user stories Tableau data visualization skills (beginner to intermediate) Coding experience in Python, React/JavaScript, Plotly Prior experience in Payments or SaaS/technology Bachelors degree Hybrid work at Stripe

This role is available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office). In-office vs. remote expectations

In-office: Office-attached employees spend at least 50% of time in the local office or with users for in-person collaboration and learning. Remote: Remote location defined as 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from a Stripe office. You may come to the office for meetings, but regular work from home is expected. The annual US base salary range for this role is $140,700 - $211,100. For sales roles, the range is the On Target Earnings (OTE) range, including base salary and target commissions. This range may be narrowed during the interview process based on experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants outside the US may request the salary range for their location during the interview process. Additional benefits may include equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k); medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.
