is seeking an attorney with at least 8 years of experience in employment litigation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with trials, summary judgment, arguing motions, depositions and mediation. Transactional and advisory work in the labor and employment context as well as familiarity with public agency employers is a plus. This position may be remote, but the attorney is expected to travel to court and client meetings as necessary. Candidates must be admitted to practice in California. The reasonably expected pay scale for this position seeking an associate with 8 or more years of experience is

Provide labor and employment litigation services, including trials, motions practice, depositions and mediation. Engage in transactional and advisory work within the labor and employment context. Collaborate with public agency employers and related clients as applicable. Travel to court and client meetings as necessary. Qualifications

Admitted to practice in California. 8+ years of experience in employment litigation and related areas. Experience with trials, summary judgment, motions, depositions, and mediation. Strong communication, negotiation and client-service skills. Compensation
