Job Posting: Lead Kitchen Designer for Cabinet IQ Location: Fairfax and Loudoun County, Virginia Full-time:
Standard benefits. Salary $50-70k negotiable based on experience, with performance-based incentives tied to gross sales and project completions. At Cabinet IQ of Fairfax, we are looking for a Lead Kitchen Designer who embodies our values and is ready to help homeowners design and build their dream space using Design Flex (2020). What you’ll do
Meet with homeowners at their residence or in the showroom (scheduled for completion in 2026) to discuss their vision, preferences, and requirements, ensuring designs align with their space and budget. Conduct on-site measurements to obtain precise dimensions, photos, and site-specific details. Create timeless and/or modern designs for homeowners using 2020 Design Flex. Prepare orders for cabinetry, countertops, moldings, finishes, and transfer them to project operations for execution. What we’re looking for
Over 2 years of demonstrated experience in kitchen and bath design and sales, supported by a robust portfolio. Proficient in 2020 Design Flex or similar software, with the ability to adapt quickly. Enthusiastic about engaging with clients, fostering strong relationships, and guiding them through budget discussions, timelines, and realizing their design vision. Collaborative team member committed to accountability and integrity. What we offer
