Be among the first 25 applicants. Cabinet IQ is expanding in the Tulsa, OK metro and is looking for a Lead Kitchen Designer who embodies our core values and is ready to help homeowners design and build their dream spaces. Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners (in-showroom and in-home) to uncover their vision, lifestyle needs, and budget Capture accurate dimensions, photos, and site details Build functional, stunning designs in 2020 Design (Flex) that balance creativity, budget, and client expectations Present designs with clarity and confidence, guiding clients to smart decisions without pressure Prepare precise orders (cabinetry, countertops, finishes) and hand off cleanly to project operations Stay engaged throughout the client journey to ensure a smooth experience and a 6-star outcome Uphold showroom standards, samples, and displays; contribute to local marketing and community engagement Who You Are

3+ years of proven kitchen/bath design and sales experience, with a strong portfolio Proficiency in 2020 Design/ Design Flex (or equivalent with readiness to transition) Confident communicator—comfortable discussing budgets and guiding selections with honesty and empathy Detail-driven, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects Curious and growth-minded—a lifetime student eager to stay ahead of design trends A team player who thrives on accountability and doing the right thing What We Offer
