Overview
Hybrid instructional design position in Raleigh, NC. 8 days onsite per month; remote option available for candidates who are not local and approved. Monday–Friday, 8–5; no travel required.
Responsibilities
Create in-person and online training content to support organizational initiatives and business units.
Develop resources to support employee learning, such as tips, job aids, and templates.
Facilitate and support live virtual meetings and events.
Maintain strong instructional design and technical knowledge; strong content development and writing skills.
Ensure research is thorough and deliverables meet required timelines.
Collaborate with team members including the Associate Director of Organizational Development, Training and Support Specialists, Learning and Development Consultants, and Administrative Support Specialist.
Qualifications
Experience in curriculum design and developing training materials for adult learners — Required 3 yrs
Strong content development skills — Required 3 yrs
Instructional design and technical knowledge — Required 5 yrs
Understands the NC Medicaid Program (nice to have) — Required 3 yrs
Adobe Articulate 360 — Required 3 yrs
Experience with adult learning practices in classroom and online presentations — Required 3 yrs
Experience with SharePoint page administration, Adobe Articulate (Storyline and Rise) & Camtasia, MS Teams — Preferred 3 yrs
