Overview

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $100,000-120,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range applies to candidates located within the United States. Individual pay within the range is determined by performance, knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Building Management System (BMS) Controls, Automation, for the Digital Buildings Group The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and commissioning of BMS projects, ensuring seamless integration with automation. Assisting Project Managers in the execution of projects. Collaborating with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to understand project requirements and design BMS solutions tailored to their needs. Conducting site surveys, developing functional design specifications, and creating system architecture for BMS automation. Managing project schedules, budgets, materials, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Overseeing the installation, configuration, and testing of BMS components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Coordinating with other project team activities on site, including coordination with other trades, commissioning agents, and customers. Working under the supervision of a Project Manager and reporting to a Program or Operations Manager. Ensuring daily on-site activities are completed and progress is communicated to the project manager. Providing technical support and troubleshooting during project implementation and post-commissioning phases. Collaborating with sales teams to identify opportunities for system upgrades, retrofits, and expansions. Qualifications

Preferred bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, project management, or related field, or equivalent experience (4-6 years). Proficiency with software tools such as MS Excel, Projects, Word, PowerPoint, Teams. Proficiency with cloud-based collaboration platforms like Smartsheet. Excellent communication, organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and project management skills; willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude. Preferred experience in project engineering within the BMS controls and/or automation industry. Application note : You must submit an online application to be considered for any position.
