Become a trusted advisor with Electrical Contractors and End Users across market segments to influence and guide large, complex electrical distribution design. Engage in solution sales involving Medium Voltage, Low Voltage Distribution, Motor Control, Power Switching, Automation, Digital Power, Services, and Power Monitoring equipment tailored to customer needs. Connect Electrical Contractors and End Users with innovative offers, applications, and tools to meet project milestones. Consult with Owners, Estimators, Service Staff, Facility Engineers, and Outside Sales to promote Schneider Electric innovations. Collaborate with Inside Sales, Project Managers, Channel Managers, and others to deliver customer solutions. Interpret electrical plans and specifications to develop compelling proposals. Drive strategic growth at assigned accounts, serving as the main interface for demand generation. Manage client deal processes from prospecting to delivery, engaging channel partners to increase sales success. Exceed sales and profitability metrics to support Schneider Electric’s growth ambitions. Develop an advanced understanding of Schneider Electric’s software, cloud analytics, and services related to digital and sustainability goals. Who Are We Looking For? - This job might be for you if:
You have a bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, Communications, or Business, or relevant experience. You have advanced experience in electrical distribution or energy management industries, with a focus on building C-Suite relationships. You are familiar with low and medium voltage electrical equipment, automation, controls, or energy management technologies, especially Square D Power Distribution Equipment.
