Employment Attorney- Plaintiff Our client is a highly regarded plaintiff-side employment law firm, recognized for its cutting-edge work and named among the top 2024 class action settlement firms across three counties. They are seeking an
Employment Attorney
with at least 2 years of plaintiff-side experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will handle a diverse caseload with a focus on
FEHA claims
and
wrongful termination matters .
Key Responsibilities
Manage and litigate plaintiff-side employment law cases, including FEHA and wrongful termination claims.
Handle discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and trial preparation.
Collaborate with colleagues on strategy to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of plaintiff-side employment law experience.
Strong knowledge of California employment laws (FEHA experience preferred, training available).
Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
Salary The annual salary for this position is between $140k – $200k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
