The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate, Mid-Level, or Senior Electronic Systems Design and Analysis Engineer to join the 787 Interiors Integration Team in North Charleston, South Carolina. This role supports the Interiors Engineering Leadership Team and Interiors Design Integration Teams with daily operations, certification support, and integration activities between production and engineering teams while supporting emergent engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will facilitate improvements to improve production capabilities, design quality, and organizational efficiency, and provide integration support to achieve 787 business objectives. The role requires cross-functional collaboration and the ability to work with minimal guidance. Position Responsibilities

Work in North Charleston, South Carolina within the Interiors Design Engineering/Integration Team. Develop, document, implement, provide consultation on, and ensure compliance with requirements for engineering tools, processes, and standards. Provide integration support for all Systems Certification and Engineering teams. Identify, lead, integrate, and execute improvement opportunities to enhance production capabilities, design improvements, and/or organizational/process improvements. Lead emergent activities enabling the successful completion of business goals and objectives. Collaborate with Airplane Engineering Integration Teams, production, and other Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Provide targeted software functionality and usability test services to process and tools development teams prior to development and major software releases. Provide ad-hoc assistance to the Design Engineering community to accomplish business priorities. Build and maintain vital business relationships between Suppliers, business units, and programs/organizations. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement. 2+ years of experience in engineering design and/or analysis. 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Preferred Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Experience in an engineering or management support role. Proven experience as an effective cross-functional communicator. Ability to take the initiative and lead with senior leaders. Experience working with and collaborating with executive leadership. Experience with recent Boeing commercial airplane programs. Process and Project/Program management skills. Experience with formal/informal training and/or customer service. Experience working in CATIA and ENOVIA. Experience with digital visualization tools. Pay Range Summary: Boeing offers a Total Rewards package including competitive base pay and variable compensation; eligibility for benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid/unpaid time off varies by location and other factors. Salary Ranges (illustrative, by level):

Associate Level: $79,900 - $108,100 Mid-Level: $96,050 - $129,950 Senior Level: $119,850 - $162,150
