Responsibilities

Manage practice operations and business functions including scheduling, registration, billing, collection, patient and team member satisfaction, and purchasing. Supervise clinical and clerical team members and serve as liaison between the practice and administration.

Office Management: act as liaison between the Practice Administrator, providers, and team members; coordinate activities between clinical and clerical staff; promote teamwork; greet and assist patients; address delays; monitor patient flow; report progress on patient satisfaction; coordinate facility issues and repairs with approvals as needed.

Operational Improvement: develop and implement goals; recommend policies and procedures; oversee office operation; monitor inventory and purchasing within budget; seek opportunities to improve efficiencies and reduce expenses.

Billing/Financial Oversight: oversee billing practices, ensure accurate data entry, charge and payment posting, and end-of-day procedures; monitor reimbursement procedures and regulations; run billing and reconciliation reports; maintain daily deposits; review physician performance and productivity; prepare monthly reports on visits, volumes, expenses and revenue.

Other duties/projects as assigned; adhere to organizational competencies and standards; physical requirements listed (lift a minimum of 5 lbs., stand for a minimum of 1 hour daily).

Qualifications Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Two years of supervisory experience or Associate's degree in Business Management or related health field.

Supervisory experience; excellent communication, leadership abilities, positive attitude, ability to multitask, organized, flexible.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.

Education, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Preferred

Bachelor?s Degree in Business Management or related health field

Knowledge of Epic.

Compensation Minimum rate of $82,513.60 Annually. HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency. The posted rate is a reasonable good faith estimate of the minimum base pay at the time of posting and does not reflect the full value of our total rewards package.
