Eastdil Secured is currently seeking a Los Angeles-based Senior Marketing Coordinator to join the marketing team. Essential Functions Support day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring timely execution and accuracy across deliverables. Draft and edit content for campaigns, social media, marketing and brand initiatives, internal communications, public relations and community engagement. Maintain and update the company website, intranet, marketing lists/databases, and social media calendar. Monitor media coverage, company mentions, employee features, and closed deal announcements. Gather, organize, and prepare content for advertising campaigns, social media, video productions, corporate communications, and other brand initiatives. Coordinate logistics for marketing projects, including ad placements, design assets, employee headshots, and video production. Conduct market research and monitor marketing trends, platform updates, and relevant online activity within the CRE industry. Track deadlines, schedule meetings, organize project folders, and support workflow management across initiatives. Assist with campaign performance reporting and marketing metrics. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, transaction, and other stakeholders) and external vendors, publications, and PR partners. Provide quality control to ensure accuracy and brand consistency across all materials. Provide general support to the marketing team in the development and execution of digital and print campaigns, social media content, and other brand initiatives. Education and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field. 2+ years of corporate experience, ideally within commercial real estate, investment banking, finance, or public relations. Experience, Skills and Competencies Required Experience with social media content management and analytics tools; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), Adobe Acrobat, and cloud platforms such as Box; design tools a plus. Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines. Clear and effective communicator with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues, clients, and vendors. Detail-oriented and proactive self-starter, adaptable to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality. Creative thinker who brings fresh perspectives and innovative ideas, fueled by a passion for storytelling. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to support others in a highly focused, collaborative environment.
