The Senior Project Manager leads high-profile, complex projects that shape communities across the Bay Area, from major infrastructure improvements to private development milestones. Based at the East Bay (Pleasant Hill) office, this role involves driving $30M+ of active heavy civil work across the region. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all technical project management responsibilities to deliver projects with quality, safety, profitability, and timeliness. This includes managing contracts, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financials, cost controls, billings, forecasts, and schedules. The role works with field operations leaders and senior management to define strategy, drive execution, and provide project updates, and requires strong partnerships with owners, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver exceptional results.
