Represent landlords in eviction and landlord-tenant litigation, including unlawful detainer cases Provide legal counsel on lease agreements, business formations, and other transactional matters Work with state and federal landlord-tenant and foreclosure statutes Maintain direct client contact and manage your own caseload Optional: Handle lender defense or real estate litigation as part of your docket Qualifications
2+ years experience in landlord-tenant and eviction law Familiarity with transactional work (leases, contracts, entity formation) Comfortable with litigation from intake through trial Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar Compensation & Perks
