Lead our Cancer Prevention Group in researching and developing novel preventive cancer vaccines Qualifications
A PhD, MD or both and at least 10 years of vaccine development experience, preferably cancer vaccines In-depth knowledge of and experience researching personalized cancer vaccines, including peptide-based vaccines and neoantigen-based cancer vaccines Extensive experience with vaccine epitope identification, selection/prioritization (of neoantigens), vaccine adjuvants and immune response monitoring Experience with molecular T cell receptor repertoire analysis and tracking, T cell proliferation assays, cytokine release assays and ELISPOT Experience deriving antigen-specific T cell clones and lines Expertise in cancer stem cell antigens, tumor-associated antigens, neoantigens, immuno-editing and immuno-monitoring Extensive knowledge of and experience with vaccine delivery systems, including peptide-, cell- and viral-based systems The ability to work well with CROs and manage external projects You’ll Need
The ability to work in the United States without sponsorship To have an easygoing, hard-working personality Salary
Starting base pay range: $165,000/yr - $205,000/yr Starting additional compensation range: $7,500/yr - $20,000/yr
