As we expand, we’re bringing our paid search and digital marketing in-house and building a high-performing growth team. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven marketer to take ownership of our digital performance channels and directly impact customer acquisition, growth, and brand visibility. The Role

We are looking for a Paid Digital Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute our paid search and paid media strategy across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and other key platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on—comfortable rolling up their sleeves to build campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize budgets for maximum ROI. You’ll be responsible for creating, executing, and scaling performance campaigns that drive measurable results, while partnering with our sales and marketing leadership to fuel growth. Key Responsibilities

Own and manage all paid digital channels, including Google Ads, Bing, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and display/retargeting. Build, launch, and optimize search, shopping, display, and paid social campaigns. Manage budgets, forecasts, and pacing to deliver against CAC and ROAS targets. Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, keyword analysis, creative testing, and bid strategies. Develop landing page recommendations with our web team to improve conversion rates. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, delivering insights to leadership. Stay current on industry trends, new ad products, and best practices to keep ConnectaSat ahead of the curve. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with product launches, seasonal promotions, and customer segments. What We’re Looking For

5–7 years of hands-on experience managing paid search and paid media campaigns with significant budgets (>$5m). Proven track record of delivering strong ROAS and lead results. Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Bing, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and GA4. Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making. Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and conversion rate optimization. Excellent communication skills; able to translate data into actionable insights. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Skills and Certifications

Mastery of paid search (Google Ads, Bing). Experience with paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution models. Strong command of UTMs, reporting tools, and conversion tracking. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Blueprint certifications required (or willingness to complete within 3 months).
