The Associate Brand Manager, Menu role supports the development and execution of menu innovation projects designed to drive guest satisfaction, frequency, and sales growth. This role helps manage the strategy, performance, and positioning of core menu items, ensuring they remain relevant, competitive, and profitable. The Associate Brand Manager partners closely with the Menu Marketing Director and cross-functionally with Culinary, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to deliver a menu that balances innovation, value, and brand commitments, while bringing insights and rigor to pricing, promotions, and product storytelling.

Responsibilities
Supports the development and project management of menu innovation concepts from ideation through launch
Partner with Culinary and cross-functional teams to refine concepts, confirm feasibility, and align on business case inputs
Coordinate testing and validation activities, including consumer research, operational pilots, and financial assessments
Coordinate the submission of IT POS (Point of Sale) Requests and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for loyalty and menu changes to ensure functionality and accuracy before launch based on direction from the Sr. Manager of Loyalty
Conduct ongoing menu performance analysis (sales, mix, margin, transactions) and provide recommendations for optimization
Support pricing and promotional strategy for core items, in partnership with Finance and Marketing to balance value perception and profitability
Develop positioning, messaging, and product stories that bring the menu to life across in-restaurant, digital, and campaign touchpoints
Monitor guest insights and competitive trends to ensure the menu remains relevant and differentiated in the marketplace
Collaborate with Operations to ensure execution is consistent and guest experience is optimized
Track project progress within the stage-gate process, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
Monitor competitive and consumer trends to help inform the innovation pipeline and identify whitespace opportunities
Manage cross-functional testing and pilots for menu adjustments, ensuring scalability and operational feasibility
Prepare and present core menu updates, performance readouts, and recommendations to senior leadership
Proof marketing communications, menu pricing art files, and POP designs to ensure accuracy and brand alignment
Manage and execute one-off marketing requests as needed
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and timelines
Excellent people skills - able to build results-oriented relationships; strong partnering skills
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills needed for problem-resolution and brainstorming
Education & Technical Proficiencies
Bachelor's degree required
Intermediate level skills with MS Office products (including Excel/Power BI, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams & SharePoint)

Compensation & Location Compensation Range: $58,406.40 - $102,211.20 per year
Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.
