Overview
Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment at SBH Fashion CREATIVE PRODUCER & PROJECT MANAGER We are seeking a Creative Producer to sit at the heart of our creative team. You’ll be the connective tissue between creative, production, operations and marketing. You’ll make sure campaigns, identities, and experiential projects run seamlessly, supporting creative leadership with operations, timelines, and deliverables. You’ll work closely with designers, art directors, CDs/ACDs, and freelance executive producers, ensuring that every campaign is set up for success—from Figma to Asana, from pre-production to rollout. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our creative work sharp, our process smooth, and our clients set up to be led seamlessly by our creative leaders. Responsibilities
Manage internal project timelines, ensuring creative deliverables are met on schedule. Own campaign production decks, recaps, and project documentation for creative leadership. Support CDs/ACDs by preparing client-facing materials (decks, notes, recaps) while they lead meetings. Collaborate with marketing to translate channel needs into creative briefs. Operate project management tools (Asana, Google docs) and ensure files, systems, and reviews are set up properly. Onboard and coordinate with freelance Executive Producers for large-scale shoots or experiential activations. Bridge creative and production teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment. Manage internal creative reviews, deliverable routing, and version control. Support brand implementation tracks by building timelines, managing updates, and enabling creative leadership. Set up project files in Figma for large-scale implementation tracks to support designers\' throughput. Build, source, and manage a network of freelance creative and production talent—vetting, onboarding, and ensuring seamless integration into projects. Support leadership in managing the broader freelance and full-time creative talent pipeline. Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in creative production, project management, or operations at an agency, studio, or in-house team. Strong understanding of design timelines, print, experiential, and photo/video production processes. Skilled in project management tools (Asana, Airtable, Trello) and design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite familiarity). Excellent communicator, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Comfortable juggling multiple projects, from brand identity to social campaigns to experiential activations. Excited to serve creative teams by creating clarity, structure, and efficiency. Not afraid to get in the weeds, while keeping an eye on the bigger picture. Salary & Location
