Base pay range
$130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr We’re looking for a
Senior Performance Marketing Manager
to drive strategy, execution, and growth across our direct-to-consumer (Shopify) channels. This role owns the entire customer lifecycle—from acquisition to retention—overseeing paid media, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization to deliver sustainable, profitable growth. What You’ll Do
Own DTC Growth & P&L:
Lead forecasting, budget allocation, and optimization to maximize revenue and ROI. Lead Performance Channels:
Manage and scale campaigns across paid social, paid search/Shopping, display, influencer, affiliate, and email/SMS. Optimize Conversion & Performance:
Run continuous A/B testing across offers, creative, audiences, and landing pages to improve CVR, CAC, ROAS, and LTV. Accelerate Retention:
Oversee lifecycle programs—replenishment, loyalty, and win-back—to boost repeat purchases and long-term engagement. Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Partner with Creative, eCommerce, and Brand teams to execute integrated, high-performing campaigns. Lead & Innovate:
Manage and mentor a high-performing growth team; refine the performance tech stack including attribution, automation, and data tools with a Shopify-first approach. What You Bring
6+ years of eCommerce/DTC performance marketing experience, including managing teams. Proven success leading paid media, lifecycle, CRO, and influencer/affiliate programs. Highly analytical, fluent in key metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, cohorts). Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, attribution tools, and marketing automation. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus. Offer
